As an Integrative Nutrition Coach, I practice a holistic approach to HA recovery by addressing your lifestyle, dietary habits, physical state, mental health, and emotional well-being. Our conversations go beyond food, seeking to bring balance to all important elements of your life so we can create an all-round healing experience. This approach will support you not only to recover your period, but to heal your relationship with food, body + SELF = a sustainable recovery for life.
In our sessions, we dive deep into your journey, discuss your full health history, identify factors + behaviours behind habits, challenge belief systems, and create a customised plan to get you on track towards recovery. My aim is to encourage you, hold you accountable, and provide you a safe space so you feel a little less alone in the day to day aspects of recovery.
Coaching packages and inclusions are below. You are welcome to book a once off session to begin with, and upgrade at any stage you feel you require additional support.
